Bonnet Lake Tower is happy to welcome URI students to keep them safe and comfy so they can stay focused! 

 This house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Walk in closets, smart TVs, 4 parking spots and storage. Large and spacious, (1800 square feet) two decks, living room & den, 4 parking spots and a fully stocked kitchen!  We are a 10 minuet walk to our private beach, a 10-minuet drive to main campus and have a handy man on staff should you need anything or if something goes wrong during your stay!

We require that when you apply, you are coming with a group of 4 students to rent. 

Also all students must interview with us first. 

 Interviews will be scheduled via ZOOM for students and their parents (if they wish to join)   starting September 20th.   In person tours can be scheduled after the interview process.

 We require that all students sign our lease as well as their Parent/Guardian. 

 Students will also be sent a “House Rules” page to sign prior to their move in date.
